Introduction


This Privacy Policy outlines HRU Management (" we ", " our " or " the Company ") practices with respect to information collected from users who access our website at HRUManagement.com (" Site "), or otherwise share personal information with us (collectively: " Users ").


Grounds for data collection


Processing of your personal information (meaning, any information which may potentially allow your identification with reasonable means; hereinafter " Personal Information "). We process personal information as needed to provide our property and association management services and to administer our agreements with you (for example, handling payments, maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and resident/owner communications). We may also use personal information to operate and protect our business, including maintaining records, preventing fraud, ensuring property safety and security, resolving disputes, and improving our services. In addition, we process and retain information to comply with applicable U.S. legal, tax, and accounting requirements, including responding to lawful requests and meeting recordkeeping obligations.

HRU Management does not sell, rent, share, transfer, or disclose Personal Information to third parties for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in consent records, and related messaging data are not shared with any third parties at any time.

All Personal Information, including mobile data, is used solely to provide property and association management services, respond to inquiries, process transactions, and deliver service-related communications in compliance with applicable U.S. law, including the TCPA.
